Welcome!

At hanakrafts, we take great care in designing and creating our paper products. As with all handmade goods, each item is one-of-a-kind and no two items are exactly the same. Please do expect some slight variations in your product. 

Photographs 

Do note that the actual colour of the product may vary slightly from the photograph due to computer settings. 

Customisation

You will be happy to know that we have started accepting custom orders! Do email me at hanakrafts@gmail.com with your request well before the date that you require the items--I hand craft everything on my own so I will need some time to meet your request. Customised items will require anything from 3-10 business days to complete--not inclusive of shipping--depending on the complexity of your order and the availability of materials. Rest assured that I will try my best to fulfil your request as efficiently as I can! 

Payment

We accept PayPal, which accepts credit card payments. Payment must be made in full before the item is shipped. 

If you are a customer in Singapore, you may pay with a direct bank transfer. Details will follow when you place your order. 

If you are a customer in New Zealand, you may also pay with a direct bank transfer. Please email me at hanakrafts@gmail.com for further details.

Packaging 

We take the utmost care to ensure that your purchases will reach you in a pristine state. All flat items (gift tags, money envelopes, cards and notebooks) will be packaged in a resealable plastic sleeve and then mailed to you in a bubble wrap envelope or bag (with cardboard backing where necessary). Gift boxes will be delivered in cardboard postal boxes to prevent damage as they are delicate items. 

Your items (ready made) will be processed within 1-3 business days of your successful payment. Do let us know if you need your items urgently and we will try our best to meet your needs.

Shipping and estimated times

hanakrafts is currently based in Rotorua, New Zealand and we ship worldwide using New Zealand Post. We do not ship with tracking as standard as it is very expensive. 

After several months of opening our store, we are endeavouring to reflect postage costs for each item more accurately. All shipping prices indicated in our store are based on product weight and inclusive of packaging and postage. As of 1 July 2016, we have also revised our shipping prices due to an increase in NZ postal rates.

New Zealand local standard mail: estimated time of delivery within 3 business days

Australia standard air mail: estimated time of delivery within 3-10 business days

Rest of the world (including Singapore) standard air mail: estimated time of delivery within 6-10 business days (although customs may occasionally delay packages further)

Refunds/ exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me at hanakrafts@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your package and I will attend to your concerns as best as I can. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.

All items are designed, handmade, photographed, packaged and then shipped off by me! hanakrafts is a one-woman small business operated by Hanna Maryam over here in the small town Rotorua, New Zealand =) If you are in the Bay of Plenty region, do look out for us at some of the local craft fairs in future!
